The Wrestling Observer is reporting that WWE creative has pitched an idea to bring Jersey Shore's Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino in for an appearance at WrestleMania 28. The idea would be for The Situation to work some type of segment with Zack Ryder.

No word at this time on whether or not WWE has reached out to Sorrentino, or if he is interested in working with WWE.

No toisaalta onhan miehillä nyt historiaa ja Ryder on erittäin sympaattinen ja suosittu face, joka haluaisi koston pahalta Kanelta, joka pieksi kaverin henkihieveriin. Eiköhän se lyhyenä rykäyksenä menisi. Tosin tämän vuoden WM saattaa olla kyllä väärä aika sille.

Brian Kendrick is gone from TNA, ending his second run with the company. A TNA source cited that Kendrick was released.

Kendrick, who had been a pretty pushed X-Division talent last year, disappeared off TNA TV a few months back. Last month, we had heard word that Kendrick was departing but TNA sources stated he was still with the promotion.

Well, he's free and clear now.

Kendrick is already taking some independent dates and is set for a March FWE event. in New York City.

WHAS TV in Louisville, Kentucky reported today that 23 year old John "J-Milz" Miller filed a lawsuit against Clinton "Guido Andretti" Woosley, for causing the loss of Miller's testicle via surgery after a legitimate kick to the nads during a pro wrestling bout.

According to the story, Woosley legitimately kicked Miller during a bout after he "went off script". Miller, who had no health insurance, is left with $20,000 in medical costs.

The incident took place in June 2011 at a Coliseum Championship Wrestling.

Wade Barrett underwent surgery on his dislocated elbow earlier this week. Unfortunately for Barrett, the injury is said to be far worse than originally diagnosed. After the surgery, he is now not scheduled to return to the ring for 3-4 months, so Wrestlemania is absolutely out of the question for him.

Barrett's injury will have a major ripple effect on the Mania card. Multiple sources have indicated that there were plans to have a Money in the Bank match at the PPV with Barrett getting the briefcase. With Barrett out, the match has been scrapped.

Mid-1990s WWF/ECW tag wrestler Doug Furnas reportedly died Friday at the age of 50. The word from Knoxville, Tennessee is he was battling Parkinson's disease at the time of his death. In addition to runs in WWF and ECW, Furnas wrestled in Japan and Mexico during the early 1990s. WWE announcer Jim Ross commented on Twitter Saturday, "Sad to hear of the death of fellow Oklahoman Doug Furnas. Doug was a powerhouse, amazing drop kick, & damn good man. A sad day. RIP friend."

WWE has published their 10-K report for 2011 and it includes their wrestling contract with Paul Levesque (a/k/a Triple H). The new agreement went into effect January 1, 2012 and expires on March 30, 2016, when he is 46 years old.
Highlights:

* Levesque will be paid a 'Minimum Annual Compensation' of $1 million for each year under contract.

* Levesque will be limited to 180 dates per year, unless both parties mutually agree to extend beyond that number.

* Levesque cannot work or perform in any capacity for any 'martial arts' organization while under contract.

TNA:n niskaan sataa paskaa, ensin MVP:n ja myöhemmin oikeushaasteen muodossa.

- Former WWE star MVP dissed TNA when comparing wrestling companies on Twitter. He called WWE a Lamborghini and New Japan Pro Wrestling a Corvette. He later said TNA was an out of production Toyota MR2, i.e. not in their league. He concluded that it was “highly unlikely” he’ll ever wrestle for TNA.

It’s not clear if there’s any particular beef, or he’s just being brutally honest. He did have breif appearances with the company in 2003 and 2004 prior to signing with WWE.

- UNA Mobile Transformation LLC has filed a lawsuit against TNA claiming the company violated their patent and trademark on how advertisements are delivered via TNA videos.

- Buffalo Bill’s linebacker Shawne Merriman (who is a friend of Chris Brown) has joined in the Twitter beef with CM Punk. The two first had heat when Punk ripped him last year for failing to impress the Divas when they were touring Costa Rica:

- It’s rumored that Brian Kendrick, who was recently released from TNA, will be coming back to WWE for the planned Cruiserweight show on the WWE Network. According to recent interviews Kendrick asked for his release because they refused to use him.

Well he thought “that’s not cool” because I guess his girlfriend is a women wrestler and so he thought maybe another girl deserved that spot. But, I had gone back to WWE television to do Tough Enough, which was a reality show they did to find the next WWE Superstar. They asked me to be back, we promoted that show, etc. He was a little resistant, like there were some moments where I was like, “Oh, he’s not meshing with me.”

“We have a famous cold shoulder incident. Well, we’re on live television. We had a match, we won the match, we were victorious as a team and then I went to go like, we do that typical thing, you raise the hand, you point [and he went in another direction, leaving Trish hanging],” she explains.

“I just said to him, “Hey, what you’ve done now, is because your career is made up of moments, so now you’ve taken a moment from the fans, really.” Because they don’t care about backstage politics, they don’t care if you think your girlfriend should be in that spot or whatever it was.
